The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records January 3, 2025 SPR24/3448 Lieutenant John Joyce Taunton Police Department 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Lieutenant Joyce: I have received the petition of Emma Rindlisbacher appealing the nonresponse of the Taunton Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 29, 2024, Ms. Rindlisbacher requested, “any police reports related to [an identified individual]. Please limit this request to documents between Jan 1, 2019 and the date the search is conducted. Please deliver all documents electronically via email.” In an email to this office on December 30, 2024, Ms. Rindlisbacher stated, “I wish to withdraw this appeal. Lieutenant Joyce has informed me that I will be receiving a response this week.” Accordingly, per Ms. Rindlisbacher’s request to withdraw her appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
