See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 6, 2024, Ms. Mullaly requested, “a copy of the completed/signed acknowledgement form/code of conduct and discipline policy for [three identified individuals.]” The Town provided a response on December 9, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Mullaly petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/3456, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a supplemental response on January 10, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 9th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mullaly may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s January 10th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
