See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 7, 2024, Mr. Johnson requested “…fifteen (15) fairly recent electronic mail communications with the following [identified] subjects…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Johnson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0021, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission provided Mr. Johnson with a response on January 8, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Johnson may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
