See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 14, 2024, Mr. Blankenship requested, “[a]ny and all documents with my name or my dad’s name including but not limited to the following from 2005 to the present day of December 14, 2024…” [1] All call numbers [2] All incident numbers [3] All narratives [4] All witness statements [5] All recommended charges [6] All affidavits [7] All search warrants [8] All recorded interviews [9] All video exhibits [10] All video exhibits for evidence used against us [11] All materials of investigations on any alleged criminals… [12] All communications of police and witnesses… [13] All results of any investigations for complaints I made on citizens and police [14] All complaints I made on citizens [15] All complaints I made on officers [16] Copies of all text messages made to you by me [17] All body cam footage of any and all interactions between myself and your officers uncut unredacted. [20] All materials of the alleged hoax device I was charged for as a juvenile. The Department provided a response on December 28, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Blankenship petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0030, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Department intends on providing a supplemental response. Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Blankenship with said response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
