See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 9, 2024, Mr. Mazella requested four categories of records related to the City’s recycling program. The City provided a response on December 12, 2024. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Lambroukos petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0049, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Mazella with a supplemental response on January 7, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s December 12th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazella may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s January 7th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
