See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Initially, on December 9, 2024, Ms. Barrows requested emails from October 1, 2024 to present between six identified email addresses. The Town acknowledged the request on December 10, 2024. After the acknowledgment, Ms. Barrows requested additional emails; specifically, emails from January 1, 2024 to the present between two identified email addresses. On December 10, 2024, the Town emailed Ms. Barrows to explain that her request was forwarded to the IT Department. After not receiving any further response, Ms. Barrows petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0069, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned the Town provided Ms. Barrows with a further response on January 13, 2025, which included responsive records. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Barrows may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s January 13th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
