See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 18, 2024, Ms. Barrows requested certain email communications between five identified email addresses, during three specified date ranges. The Town provided a response on December 10, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Barrows petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0070, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Barrows with a supplemental response on January 13, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Barrows may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s January 13th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
