DeWolf appealing the response of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 29, 2024, Mr. DeWolf requested several records relating to missing persons. On November 11, 2024, Mr. DeWolf amended his request to seek the following: [1] I would be looking for something closer to interpretation B, which would include the following statistics – Boston Missing persons cases statistics from 01/01/2020-10/01/2024. Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR24/3329 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (December 23, 2024). In my December 23rd determination, I found that the City had not met its burden in responding to the request, and ordered that Mr. DeWolf be provided with a further response. The City provided a response on January 6, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. DeWolf petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0080, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. DeWolf with a supplemental response on January 13, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s January 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
