The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records January 15, 2025 SPR25/0092 Dawn Menard Senior Executive Assistant Office of the Town Manager Town of Bridgewater 66 Central Square, Municipal Office Building Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. Menard: I have received the petition of Mark Peterson appealing the response of the Town of Bridgewater (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 11, 2024, Mr. Peterson requested certain attendance data from a specified meeting of the Town Conservation Commission. The Town provided a response on December 16, 2024. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Peterson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0092, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Peterson with a supplemental response on January 15, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s December 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Peterson may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s January 15th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Mark Peterson One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
