See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). SPR25/0114 On November 29, 2024, Ms. Cawley requested “a past (prior to [an identified individual's] hire) or current job listing for human resources director of the Boston Water and Sewer Commission and/or a list of the minimum qualifications for the job that includes education and experience.” SPR25/0115 On December 17, 2024, Ms. Cawley requested: [1] What is the status of HR director/chief human resource officer [identified individual]? [2] Has [an identified individual] been suspended/placed on administrative leave, and if so, is the leave with or without pay? [3] Has an internal investigation been launched? [2] Can you provide details on when the suspension took place and the investigation was launched? Was this decided last week? Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Cawley petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR25/0114, SPR25/0115, and SPR25/0116 were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the Commission intends on providing a written response to Ms. Cawley. Accordingly, the Commission is ordered to provide Ms. Cawley with said response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
