See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 13, 2024, Attorney Vazquez requested “[a]ll public records including, but not limited to, reports, accident reconstruction reports, photographs, recordings, body cam footage, 911 recordings, surveillance tapes, investigatory documents, witness statements, etc., related to a motor vehicle accident that happened on July 24, 2021, involving [an identified individual]...” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Vazquez petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0141, was opened as a result. In an email dated January 15, 2025, Attorney Vazquez states, “[p]lease disregard appeal as the records request was completed today.” In light of Attorney Vazquez’s email, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
