See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 27, 2024, Mr. Rothstein requested the following records: [1] All annual reports filed by the secretary of EOHHS on the activity, revenue and expenditures to and from the statewide Opioid Recovery and Remediation Fund[;] [2] All annual reports filed by cities and towns that received annual abatement distributions of $35,000 or more[.] The Department responded on November 27, 2024, December 30, 2024, January 3, 2025, January 8, 2025, January 14, 2025, and January 24, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s responses, Mr. Rothstein petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0251, was opened as a result. In an email correspondence on February 4, 2025, Mr. Rothstein informed this office that he wishes to withdraw his appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
