See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 11, 2025, Ms. Mullaly requested: For the 11-19-2024 Board of Selectmen Meeting, please provide the following documents presented/discussed/approved: [1] Presentation documents from . . . regarding the FY 2025 Tax Shift [2] Packet regarding Housing Authority appointment - . . . [3] Contract amendment T2 Architecture, New Bedford, MA [4] Information regarding the Massachusetts Community Electricity Aggregation program [5] Letter of Resignation, . . . - Advisory Committee Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Mullaly petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0275, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Mullaly with a response on January 30, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mullaly may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
