See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 14, 2024, Ms. McCarthy requested video recordings of 5 board meetings. The School provided a response on November 18, 2024. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Ms. McCarthy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0357, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the School provided a supplemental response on February 12, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s November 18th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McCarthy may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s February 12th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
