See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 5, 2025, the requestor sought “… the public records request by [an identified individual] on January 14, 2025, and the Mohawk Trail Regional School District response dated January 24, 2025.” The District provided a response on February 7, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0373, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District provided the requestor with a supplemental response on February 14, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s February 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s February 14th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
