See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 6, 2025, Mr. DeLacey requested “any and all records or documents used in or referenced by (including email, messages made or received before or after) the CANNABIS LICENSING AND ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION meeting of Wednesday, November 30, 2022 ...” The City responded on February 11, 2025, and assigned tracking number 2025-0004 to this request. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. DeLacey petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR25/0405, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email to this office and the City on February 19, 2025, Mr. DeLacey asks to “withdraw the open appeal known as SPR25-0405.” In light of Mr. DeLacey’s February 19th email, I will now consider this appeal closed.
