See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 31, 2025, Mr. Smith requested the transcript of an interview he had with an investigator on July 22, 2024. The District provided a response on February 7, 2025. Unsatisfied with the District’s response, Mr. Smith petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0406, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the District provided a supplemental response on February 21, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s February 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s February 21st response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
