See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2025, Ms. Lambert requested, “[a]ny and all cover letters sent to the Department of Justice prior to December 2024 that outlined documents provided by the Worcester to the Department of Justice.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Lambert petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0423, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Lambert with a response on February 13, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Lambert may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
