See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 26, 2025, Mr. Trant requested “a list of all MA lottery sales agents that cashed in prizes of $5.00 to $500 for the Bonus 50X game that was released on June 4, 2024 for the date range of January 1, 2025 to January 26, 2025.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Trant petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0426, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commission provided Mr. Trant with a response on February 14, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Trant may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
