See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 20, 2025, Mr. Gallant requested copies of email communications between several City departments and several identified City employees, for the time period January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2020. The City provided responses on February 3 and February 18, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s responses, Mr. Gallant petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0482, was opened as a result. In an email communication to this office on February 19, 2025, Mr. Gallant indicated that he did not wish to proceed with his appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
