The Department responded on January 14, 2025, seeking clarification, and assigned reference number P000304-010825 to this request. Allison Mondello SPR25/0496 Page 2 March 4, 2025 the scope of her request, seeking “the current roster.” Claiming to have received no further response from the Department, Ms. Crimaldi petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR25/0496, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, in an email to this office and the Department on February 25, 2025, Ms. Crimaldi states that she is “writing to withdraw [her] appeal, which was assigned SPR25/0496.” In light of Ms. Crimaldi’s February 25th email, I will now consider this appeal closed.
