See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 19, 2025, in two separate requests, Ms. Roche requested: SPR25/0663 [1] The completed rubric and scoring sheet used to evaluate my NHS application, including any notes or comments made during the evaluation process by the faculty council[;] [2] The minimum point threshold required for NHS acceptance during the Fall 2024 selection process [.] SPR25/0664 [1] A copy of Sharon Public Schools’ official grievance procedure for students, including any policies, guidelines, or written procedures outlining how students can formally challenge or appeal administrative decisions. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Roche petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR25/0663 and SPR25/0664, were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that on March 11, 2025, the School provided Ms. Roche with a response to each of her requests. Where these appeals were opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed.
