See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 22, 2025, Ms. Barrows requested “…[e]mails from October 26, 2024 to present, from [an identified individual] to the following email addresses:...” Previous Petition This request was the subject of a previous petition. See SPR25/0334 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 10, 2025). In my February 10th determination, I found that in light of Ms. Barrows’ willingness to pay the $25.00 fee estimate that the Town provided with its petition, it was unnecessary to opine on the Town’s petition seeking permission to charge for time spent segregating or redacting responsive records. I understand Ms. Barrows paid the fee by submitting a check for $25.00 to the Town on February 6, 2025. Following further correspondence between the Town and Ms. Barrows, indicating that she did not receive records after payment, Ms. Barrows petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0693, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Town provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Barrows and this office on March 18, 2025, which included responsive records. As this appeal was opened based on the Town’s previous responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Barrows may further appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s March 18th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
