See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 19, 2024, in three separate requests, Mr. Casdin requested the following: [1] All emails sent by [an identified individual] via all of his town email addresses since 2016 to [nine listed people or groups]. [2] All fleet records for police department from January 1st 2014 – December 19th 2024[.] [3] All items paid for the ARPA funding[,] as well as the dates or date ranges[.] Previous Appeals These requests were the subject of previous appeals. See SPR25/0193, SPR25/0194, and SPR25/0195 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 31, 2025) and SPR25/0313 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 12, 2025). In the February 12th determination, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Casdin with a supplemental response. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Casdin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0710, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Town intends on providing a supplemental response. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Casdin with said response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Casdin may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
