Counsel Massachusetts Division of Banks 1 Federal Street, Suite 710 Boston, MA 02210 Dear Attorney Bennett: I have received the petition of Andrea Stark, Esq., of National Consumer Law Center, appealing the response of the Massachusetts Division of Banks (Division) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 24, 2025, Attorney Stark requested, “petition database information submitted to DOB’s Foreclosure Petition Website for calendar years 2018 through today’s date, January 24, 2025.” The Division responded on March 7, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Division’s response, Attorney Stark petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0711, was opened as a result. In an email dated March 18, 2025, Attorney Stark informed this office that she wishes to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
