G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, I understand that the Division furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor, Rorie Susan Woods. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On March 7, 2025, Ms. Woods requested “the oaths of office and proof of bond for each of the justices of the Springfield District Court.” On March 10, 2025, Ms. Woods clarified her request by providing “a list of all Massachusetts District Court judges,” to include approximately 153 named individuals. In an email to the Division on March 18, 2025, Ms. Woods states that she “will forego any appeal and wait the requested twenty days for the information sought.” In a further email on the same day, Ms. Woods states that she has “already assented to the requested additional twenty days for production of records.” In light of the above, I find it is unnecessary to opine on the Division’s petition for an extension of time.
