See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2025, Ms. Nadolny requested “[a]ll Dartmouth Police Department police reports that mention [an identified individual].” The Department responded on February 10, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Nadolny petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0766, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response to Ms. Nadolny on March 21, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s February 10th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Nadolny may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s March 21st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
