Ralph, Esq., appealing the response of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 22, 2024, Attorney Ralph requested “[t]raining materials for access and use of CopLink.” The Department responded on August 22, 2024 and February 10, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s responses, Attorney Ralph petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0776, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Attorney Ralph’s request with a further response on March 26, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s August 22nd and February 10th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
