See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 19, 2025, Mr. Tinney requested “CAD notes and police reports” from the following incidents regarding an identified address: 01/10/2024 08:23 …TOWER FARM RD, BILLERICA 24-01-10- 001203 911 - 911 TRANSFER 01/29/2024, Time unknown, …TOWER FARM RD, BILLERICA 02/02/2024 01:06 …TOWER FARM RD, BILLERICA 24-02-01- 003780 ADMIN - POLICE GENERAL REQUEST The Department responded on February 20, 2025 and March 18, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s responses, Mr. Tinney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0783, was opened as a result. Based on telephone conversation between the Department and this office on April 3, 2025, I understand that the Department intends to provide a supplemental response to Mr. Tinney. Accordingly, said response must be provided in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Tinney may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s supplemental response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
