Korzeniowski appealing the response of the Weymouth Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 25, 2025, Attorney Korzeniowski requested the following: [1] [A]n unredacted Incident Report, and a copy of any and all photographs taken at the scene of . . . [an identified] incident of January 19, 2024[;] [2] [T]he body camera footage that was taken at the scene, including but not limited to interviews with . . . [four identified individuals]. The Department provided a response on February 27, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Korzeniowski petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0799, was opened as a result Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Department provided a supplemental response to Attorney Korzeniowski and this office on April 1, 2025. As this appeal was opened based on the Department’s February 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Korzeniowski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s April 1st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
