See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 13, 2025, Mr. Gerhardson requested three categories of records relating to the Town’s use of opioid settlement funds. Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR25/0591 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 13, 2025). In my March 13th determination, I found that the Town intended to provide a response to Mr. Gerhardson, and ordered it to do so within ten business days. The Town provided a response on March 13, 2025. Unsatisfied with this response, Mr. Gerhardson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0808, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided Mr. Gerhardson with a further response on March 25, 2025. In correspondence to this office on March 25, 2025, Mr. Gerhardson stated that he wished to withdraw this administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
