See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 12, 2025, the requestor sought: From the period of March 12 2025 to March 14 2025 all audio phone recordings, email and letters made to and from any and all combinations of these town employees, [four identified individuals] and from the period of March 12 2025 to March 14 2025 all audio, log and police reports relating to complaints of noise from Stiles Hart Brick in Bridgewater[.] The Town responded on March 25, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0812, was opened as a result. In an email dated March 25, 2025, the requestor informed this office that they wish to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
