See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 10, 2025, Ms. Cadder requested, “all incident reports (and log entries if incident reports aren’t available) for incidents occurring at [an identified address] from April 1, 2022 until now[.]” The Department responded on March 25, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Cadder petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0824, was opened as a result. In an email dated March 27, 2025, Ms. Cadder informed this office that she wishes to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
