Superintendent Timothy J. McCormick SPR25/0834 Page 2 April 4, 2025 [20] Monday, November 18, 2024 – [between identified individuals] [21] Wednesday, November 27, 2024 – [between identified individuals.] Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR25/0575 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (February 28, 2025). In my February 28th determination, I closed SPR25/0575 in light of the School providing a response on February 27, 2025. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Petraitis petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR25/0834, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the School intends to provide Mr. Petraitis with a supplemental response. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s February 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Petraitis may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Jason Petraitis
