See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 12, 2025, Mr. Bagley requested “… all emails containing the word ‘homeless’ sent to or from [29 specified email addresses] between the dates of December 1, 2024 to February 11, 2025.” The City responded on February 27, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Bagley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0845, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Bagley with a supplemental response on April 3, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s February 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bagley may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s April 3rd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
