See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 20, 2025, Ms. McAnneny requested, “records from the City of Haverhill Personnel Advisory Board Meetings from 2010 to 2021[.]” The City provided a response on January 30, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. McAnneny petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0869, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the City provided a supplemental response on April 7, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s January 30th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McAnneny may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s April 7th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
