See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 17, 2025, Mr. Herman requested, “the latest diversity data for the Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation by white, black, Asian, Hispanic, etc.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0892, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Corporation provided Mr. Herman with a response on April 1, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Corporation’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Corporation’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
