See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 17, 2025, Mr. Vilela requested the following: [1] A copy of the complete GC SOQs for the above referenced project qualified or not [2] A copy of the SOQ evaluation score cards for the GC SOQs for the above referenced project. [3] A copy of the administrative and construction schedule for the above referenced project[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Liacos petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0901, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Vilela with a response on April 10, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Vilela may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
