See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 13, 2025, Mr. Dreslinski requested the following: [1] Letter, dated on or about February 12, 2024 from [a named individual] to Southborough Police Chief . . . regarding an ongoing landlord/tenant dispute at ... Woodland Rd., Southborough [2] All record(s) indicating receipt of above referenced February 12, 2024 letter by Southborough Police. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0919, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Dreslinski with a response on March 21, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
