Young Interim Town Administrator Town of Templeton 160 Patriots Road East Templeton, MA 01438 Dear Ms. Young: I have received the petition of Timothy Toth appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Templeton (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 6, 2025, Mr. Toth requested “[t]he Assistant Town Administrator job description, Screening/Selection Committee, applicant list, and the dates/locations of all postings made to applicable job seeker websites.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Toth petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0981, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Toth with a response on April 17, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Toth may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
