See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 11, 2025, Mr. and Mrs. D’Ambrosio requested “[a]n unredacted copy of [an identified] attorney’s investigation into complaints raised by us on behalf of our grandson and [identified] legal ward.” The School responded on April 11, 2025. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. and Mrs. D’Ambrosio petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1015, was opened as a result. In an email dated April 15, 2025, Mrs. D’Ambrosio informed this office that she and Mr. D’Ambrosio wish to withdraw their appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
