See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 28, 2025, Ms. Grant requested “…all reports filed on Wednesday 03/25/25 regarding traffic stop of [an identified] license plate in Braintree MA by [an identified officer] to include k-9 handler deployment report.” The Department responded on April 11, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Grant petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1033, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Department intends to provide a supplemental response to Ms. Grant. Accordingly, said response must be provided in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
