Adams Town Clerk Town of Abington 500 Gliniewicz Way Abington, MA 02351 Dear Ms. Adams: I have received the petition of Colby Jackson, Esq., of Krakow, Souris & Landry, LLC, on behalf of Paul Vilela, appealing the response of the Town of Abington (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 17, 2025, Mr. Vilela requested the following: [1] A copy of the complete GC SOQs for [a specified] project qualified or not [2] A copy of the SOQ evaluation score cards for the GC SOQs for the [specified] project. [3] A copy of the administrative and construction schedule for the [specified] project[.] Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR25/0901 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 14, 2025). In my April 14th determination, I closed SPR25/0901 in light of the Town providing a response on April 10, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Attorney Jackson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1083, was opened as a result. While this appeal was pending, the Town provided a further response to Mr. Vilela on April 24, 2025. In an email correspondence on April 28, 2025, Attorney Jackson informed this office that he and Mr. Vilela wish to withdraw their appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
