Bauer appealing the response of the Division of Occupational Licensure (Division) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 4, 2025, Mr. Bauer requested the “transcript and decision in CSL hearing number C23-00140, and a copy of state building inspector [identified individual’s] building inspection report done on June 5, 2024 for the home located at [an identified address], Southwick, MA.” The Division provided a response on April 23, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Bauer petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1126, was opened as a result. In an email dated April 29, 2025, Mr. Bauer informed this office that he wishes to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
