See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 17, 2025, regarding an identified building on “…Fay Rd,” Ms. Shelly requested “all files [regarding] [an identified] inspection, and any findings from the inspection [and] all documentation health and inspections has on this property in 2025.” The City responded on April 28, 2025. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Shelly petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1174, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided Ms. Shelly with a further response on April 29, 2025. In an email dated April 29, 2025, Ms. Shelly informed this office that she wishes to withdraw her appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
