See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 10, 2025, Mr. Carver requested “… a copy of the presentation from the March 25 Finance and Warrant Commission public hearing[.]” Prior Appeal This request was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR25/1193 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 30, 2025). In my April 30th determination, I found that the Town had responded to Mr. Carver on April 16, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Carver petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1241, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Carver with a supplemental response on May 5, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s April 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Carver may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s May 5th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
