See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 1, 2025, Ms. cordeiro requested the following records: [1] Any and all invoices for purchases from Combined Systems Inc. for the years 2024 and 2025. [2] Invoices # 41696 and 39235 for Signet. [3] Invoice # 8281942432 for UMPD to Motorola Solutions. [4] Invoices # 107705, 107608, 106933, 106598 to Yankee Hill Machine Co. [5] Invoice # ORD337277 to Cloud City Drones. [6] Invoices # 1016, 169518, 169512, 169512,165804 for MIRA Safety. [7] Invoice # 2023410763055 for Brownell Inc. The University responded on April 15, 2025. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. cordeiro petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1275, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided Ms. codeiro with a supplemental response dated May 20, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s response dated April 15, 2025, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. codeiro may appeal the substantive nature of the University’s May 20th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
