SPR25/1382 On April 26, 2025, Mr. Herman requested the following: [1] ... a copy of the most recent agreement DCR has with the Head of the Charles organization. SPR25/1383 On April 26, 2025, Mr. Herman requested the following: [1] Copies of any and all payments made by the Head of the Charles organization to DCR for the 2024 running of the Head of the Charles Regatta. [2] Copies of any and all invoices submitted by DCR to the Head of the Charles organization for the running of the 2024 Head of the Charles Regatta. SPR25/1380; SPR25/1382; SPR25/1383; Page 2 SPR25/1384; SPR25/1386 May 21, 2025 SPR25/1384 On April 21, 2025, Mr. Herman requested the following: [1] ... any and all records that enumerate outside entries that occupy DCR property whose payments are in arrears, the amount of the payments that are in arrears, and how long the payments have been in arrears. SPR25/1386 On April 30, 2025, Mr. Herman requested the following: [1] ... the amount of rent paid each month by Sullivan’s on Castle Island from January 1, 2020 to the present. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and the following appeals, SPR25/1380, SPR25/1382, SPR25/1383, SPR25/1384, SPR25/1386, were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Herman with responses on May 16, 2025. Where the following five (5) appeals were opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
