See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 27, 2025, Ms. Brown requested, “current architectural plans, specifications, or design narratives for Fire Station 1’s indoor training stairs, training roof, and training room.” The Town provided a response on May 21, 2025. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Brown petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1444, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a supplemental response on May 22, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s May 21st response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Brown may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s May 22nd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
