See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 27, 2025, Ms. Cresciullo requested “…any reports related to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on January 15, 2022, at approximately 12:30pm. My client … was driving a 2016 Nissan NV200 License #. . . when he was rear-ended by [an identified individual], who was operating a 2017 Infiniti QX60 Plate #. . .” The Department responded on March 27 and April 29, 2025, assigning the request reference number P003301-032725. Unsatisfied with the responses, Ms. Cresciullo petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/1502, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Cresciullo with an additional response on June 2, 2025. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s March 27th and April 29th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Cresciullo may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s June 2nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
